At Elevate Digital, we are committed to delivering high-quality website design services. Due to the nature of digital services, the following refund policy applies:
1. No Refunds After Work Begins
All payments are non-refundable once work on the project has started, including deposits.
2. No Refunds After Delivery
Once the website has been completed and delivered or transferred to the client, no refunds will be issued.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in rare and exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of Elevate Digital.
4. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing clear instructions, feedback, and required materials. Delays or dissatisfaction due to lack of communication do not qualify for a refund.

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
