3. Refund Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.

  • Due to the nature of digital services, completed work is non-refundable.

  • Any refunds, if granted, are at the sole discretion of Elevate Digital.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide all required content (text, images, logos, etc.)

  • Respond in a timely manner to requests and feedback

  • Ensure all provided materials are owned or licensed for use

5. Revisions

  • A limited number of revisions may be included depending on the service package.

  • Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

6. Project Timeline

Project timelines depend on client responsiveness and project scope. Delays in communication may result in project delays.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Final website designs will be transferred to the client upon full payment.

  • Elevate Digital reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio.

8. Limitation of Liability

Elevate Digital is not liable for:

  • Loss of business, revenue, or data

  • Issues caused by third-party services (hosting, plugins, platforms)

  • Website downtime or technical issues beyond our control

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • Terms are violated

  • Payments are not made

  • Communication becomes unreasonably delayed

10. Changes to Terms
